QotD: Celebrational Muppetational!
Who is your favorite Muppet? Why?

This is actually a hard question. I think like a lot of people I identify with Kermit the Frog and his existential crises-he's sort of the wide-eyed innocent everyman of the muppetverse. Then there's the Swedish Chef, who's a one-joke character who is always funny. I like Oscar the Grouch too, because he is the one muppet character who has the courage to speak the truth. And those old guys who sat in the balcony and made jokes, whatever their names were (Waldorf and Astoria?)
However, I might have to say that Yoda is my favorite muppet. Yes, before George Lucas sold his soul to the computer, Yoda was not a digital construct, but a puppet manipulated by hand.
